Here we have compiled a list of resources that may be helpful to gender questioning, desisting, and detransitioning people. This is by no means a complete list, but these resources are a few places to start. Various groups and resources listed may have political interests that are not aligned with our individual values as detransitioned and desisted people or Detrans Voices as a group.

Elle is a female detransitioner who started transition as a teenager. She discusses both the emotional and physical implications of her transition and detransition.

Pique Resilience Project

Four detransitioned and desisted women with the goal of sharing their stories and providing information on detransition, as well as support for those who may be questioning their gender or identity. Pique Resilience has since disbanded but their work remains a very important resource for detrans and desisted people.

GNC Centric

Ben is a desisted woman based in Canada. She produces content on political climate and social issues impacting lesbians, detransitioning and gender dysphoric women.

Grace Lidinsky-Smith

Grace is a detransitioned woman who works to raise awareness around detransition and trans/detrans health care.


Video Blog about transition and detransition from the perspective of a female detransitioner. Exploring her reasons for transitioning, the medical effects of her transition, and her experiences with the healthcare industry.

The Honesty Project

Video blog from Finnish detrans female. Extensive library of content covering transitioning, mental illness and detransition. Videos are done in English.

Mack Wells


Nelemil is one of the founders of Post Trans. She is detransitioning after being on testosterone and having a double mastectomy. On her channel, she talks about her own experience of transition/detransition and how her transition was connected to her experience of being sexualized as a woman and her eating disorder.

Sabet zero

Videos in German and English. Sabet is a detransitioned woman living in Germany. She started her YouTube channel two years ago and has an extensive library of videos. She discusses topics such as, detransition, mastectomy and living as a butch lesbian woman.


Cass lived as a trans woman from 2014 to 2020. In this video blog, Cass discusses the process of detransition. With open and honest discussion around their transition, identity and detransition.

Online forum for detransitioners, questioners, and allies to discuss gender, transition, and detransition. Broad range of views and opinions are tolerated. The detrans subreddit was created in November 2017 and in the first two years, membership had exceeded 6,000.
